Terms of Service

1. The service

GrowGanic (“we”, “us”, “the service”) is an autonomous SEO engine. It performs keyword research, content strategy, article generation, on-page optimization, rank tracking, site auditing, competitor analysis, and publishing to your connected CMS. We operate at growganic.io.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. One person or entity per account.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose risk to other users.

3. Plans & billing

We offer Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans, plus optional Lifetime purchases. Current pricing is at growganic.io/pricing.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Failed payments may suspend access until resolved.

We may change pricing for new customers at any time. Existing subscriptions are honored at the price you signed up for until you cancel or change plans. Lifetime customers retain access for as long as the service operates.

4. Refund policy

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds.You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account settings; you keep access through the end of your current billing period and aren't charged again.

Lifetime plans are sold as a single non-refundable purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the price reflects the non-refundable nature of the purchase.

EU/UK customers: Under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) you ordinarily have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services. By purchasing and immediately accessing the service, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once we begin providing the service. Logging in or using any feature after purchase constitutes the start of performance and waives the cooling-off right (Article 16(m) of the Directive).

We'll process refunds only where required by law (e.g. duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or service we never delivered). Email [email protected] with proof and we'll investigate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for content that's illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringing.
• Generate or publish spam, malware, phishing pages, or content designed to mislead search engines beyond what reputable SEO permits.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or programmatically extract our prompts, scoring engine, pipeline architecture, or routing logic.
• Resell access to the service without a written reseller agreement.
• Use the service to compete directly with us by training a competing product on its outputs.
• Abuse rate limits or share accounts across multiple unrelated users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may report illegal activity to authorities.

6. Your content & generated output

You own everything you generate. Articles, briefs, keywords, and any other output created through GrowGanic belong to you. You can publish, modify, or sell them freely.

You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your inputs and outputs solely to operate the service (e.g. running pipelines, showing your articles in your dashboard, publishing to your CMS).

You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. AI can produce inaccurate or biased text. You're also responsible for compliance with the policies of the platforms you publish to (CMSs, search engines, social networks, advertisers).

7. Our intellectual property

The GrowGanic platform, brand, mark, design, code, prompts, scoring system, and underlying methodology are our intellectual property. The license you receive is to use the service as a customer, not to copy or redistribute the underlying system.

Brand assets in our press kit may be used per the guidelines published there.

8. Third-party services

GrowGanic integrates with services you choose to connect (WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, Google Search Console, etc.) and uses third-party infrastructure (Stripe for payments, OAuth providers for sign-in, third-party AI inference for content generation, hosting and storage providers). Our specific inference mix is part of our proprietary infrastructure; named sub-processors are listed in our privacy policy and full enterprise lists are available under NDA.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize us to access it on your behalf using the credentials you provide. You're responsible for the terms of those third-party services. We're not liable for their actions, outages, or policy changes.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from settings. We'll retain your data for 90 days afterward in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it (except where retention is legally required, such as billing records).

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or fraud. We'll give reasonable notice except where immediate action is required to protect the service or other users.

10. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic outcomes, revenue, or any business result. SEO depends on many factors outside our control (search engine algorithms, your niche, your content quality, your site authority). The service is a tool, not a guarantee.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability under these terms (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. For free-plan users, our total aggregate liability is capped at USD 50.

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost rankings, or business interruption, even if we've been advised of the possibility.

12. Indemnification

You'll defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GrowGanic from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the service in violation of these terms or applicable law, (b) your content or anything you publish through the service, or (c) your violation of any third party's rights.

13. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

If you're an EU/UK consumer, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country still apply where they grant you greater rights.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
