Partner Program Agreement

Last updated August 22, 2026

This is the whole agreement between you and GrowGanic when you join the Partner Program. It is written to be read, not to be skipped. If a sentence here disagrees with something you read on a marketing page, this page wins.

1. Who this is between

“GrowGanic”, “we” and “us” means the operator of growganic.io. “You” and “Partner” means the person or company that accepted these terms from a GrowGanic account.

You join as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment relationship, a partnership in the legal sense, a joint venture, or any authority to make commitments on our behalf. You may not sign contracts, quote prices, offer refunds, or make product promises for GrowGanic.

2. Joining

You need a GrowGanic account and you need to accept these terms. There is no application queue, no review, no fee, and no minimum audience. Approval is immediate.

One partner account per person or company. Creating additional accounts to route referrals between them is grounds for termination and forfeiture.

3. What you earn

You earn 20% of every eligible settled payment made by a customer you referred, for as long as they stay. There is no commission window and no expiry. If a customer you referred is still paying in year four, you are still earning in year four.

If you introduced another partner to the program through your recruiting link, you also earn a 5% override on eligible settled payments from the customers that partner refers. The override is paid by GrowGanic on top and is never deducted from that partner's share.

What a referral is worth today, at current plan pricing:

PlanThey pay, year oneYou earn, year oneThen, every year
Pro, annual$948$189.60$189.60
Business, annual$2,868$573.60$573.60
Pro, monthly$1,139$227.80$237.60
Business, monthly$3,588$717.60$717.60

Figures are computed from live plan prices. Pro monthly year one reflects the discounted first month every new customer receives. Plan prices can change; the percentage is what this agreement fixes, not the dollar amount.

4. What counts as an eligible payment

An eligible payment is money that actually settled and that GrowGanic actually keeps. Concretely, commission is calculated on the post-discount, pre-tax amount of a successful charge.

This means VAT and sales tax are excluded, because that money is collected on behalf of a tax authority and remitted to it, and it was never GrowGanic revenue. Discounts and promotional pricing reduce the commissionable base, because they reduce what was paid.

A free trial, a zero-dollar invoice, an unpaid invoice, a failed charge, and an internal or complimentary account all pay nothing. If no money settles, no commission exists.

5. How a referral is attributed to you

Your link is growganic.io/r/yourcode. When someone visits through it and consents to marketing storage, we set a first-touch cookie that lasts 90 days. If they create an account within those 90 days, the referral is yours, even if they upgrade months later.

First touch wins. If a visitor already carries another partner's cookie, yours does not overwrite it.

Attribution requires consent. A visitor who declines marketing storage, or whose browser signals a global privacy control, gets a short-lived signed handoff instead of a 90-day cookie, and if they do not opt in during that visit no referral record is created. This is a legal requirement, not a policy choice, and it has a consequence you should expect: your own click counts will always be higher than your attributed signups. We would rather tell you that here than let you discover it in your dashboard.

One referral record exists per customer account. A customer cannot be referred twice.

6. When you get paid

Each payment a referred customer makes creates its own commission entry the moment it settles. That entry becomes payable 30 days after that specific charge, not 30 days after you joined and not 30 days after the first payment. Month seven clears 30 days after month seven's charge.

Cleared balances are paid out monthly by PayPal, bank transfer, or Wise. There is no minimum payout. If you have cleared four dollars, we send four dollars.

You are responsible for giving us correct payout details and for any fees your receiving bank or payment provider charges. We cannot recover a payment sent to details you gave us incorrectly.

7. Reversals, chargebacks and negative balances

If a customer's payment is refunded or reversed, the commission on that payment is reversed too. Commission is a share of revenue, and revenue that came back is not revenue.

The 30-day hold exists so that almost every reversal lands while the commission is still unpaid, in which case it is simply cancelled and nothing further happens.

A cardholder can, however, force a chargeback through their bank well after that. When a reversal arrives after a commission has already been paid to you, the amount becomes a negative balance on your account and is deducted from your next payouts until it is cleared. We do not ask you to send money back; the balance simply nets off future earnings.

A negative balance does not close your account and does not stop you earning. It only delays payment until your earnings exceed it.

8. How you may promote GrowGanic

The rules are short and we enforce them.

You may:

  • Write reviews, comparisons, tutorials and case studies.
  • Email people who know you or who opted in to hear from you.
  • Post to your own audience, community, newsletter or channel.
  • Run paid ads on your own creative, to your own landing pages.
  • Use the logos, banners, videos and copy in the partner brand kit.

You may not:

  • Bid on “GrowGanic” or close variants in search ads, or use our name in a display URL.
  • Register domains, subdomains, app names or social handles containing our brand name.
  • Send unsolicited email, direct messages or texts to people who did not opt in to hear from you.
  • List GrowGanic on coupon, voucher or deal sites, or advertise a discount code that does not exist.
  • Force, stuff or inject cookies, or trigger your link without a real click.
  • Offer cashback, rebates or incentives for signing up through your link.
  • Refer yourself, your own company, or an account inside your own organisation.
  • Misrepresent what GrowGanic does, invent results, invent pricing, or imply you are GrowGanic staff.
  • Impersonate GrowGanic in support channels, app stores, or marketplace listings.

9. Disclosure

You must disclose that your links are affiliate links, clearly and near the link, wherever the law where your audience lives requires it. In the United States that is the FTC endorsement guidelines; the EU, UK, Canada, Australia and others have equivalents.

The partner brand kit contains a disclosure line you can paste. Using it is your responsibility, not ours, but we would rather hand you the wording than have you guess.

10. What you can see about the people you refer

Your dashboard shows the name, email, signup date, funnel stage and article count of the people who signed up through your link, so you can follow up like a real partner rather than guess.

You may not sell, rent, publish or pass that data to anyone outside your own follow-up with that person. If someone asks you to stop contacting them, stop, with no follow-up.

If you recruit other partners, you see aggregate numbers about them only: how many paying customers they referred and what your override earned from those. You never see their leads, their contacts, or their own earnings.

11. Tax

You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. We do not withhold. Depending on where you are, we may need a W-9, a W-8BEN, a VAT number or equivalent documentation before we can pay you, and we may hold a payout until we have it.

12. Suspension, termination and forfeiture

You can leave at any time. Commissions already cleared are still paid.

We may suspend or terminate your participation if you break section 8, if we have reasonable grounds to believe a referral is fraudulent, or if your promotion damages the brand. On termination for cause, unpaid and uncleared commissions are forfeited and future accrual stops.

We will tell you why, in writing, to the email on your account.

13. Changes to the program

GrowGanic may change, suspend or end the Partner Program at any time, including the commission rates, the override, the attribution window, the hold period and the payout methods.

If we change a rate, the change applies to referrals made after we give notice. Customers you already referred keep earning you the rate that was in force when you referred them. We are not going to move the goalposts behind you on work you have already done.

If we end the program entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and pay every cleared balance.

Notice means an email to the address on your GrowGanic account, or an in-app notice, or an update to this page with a new “last updated” date.

14. Liability

The program is provided as is. We do not promise any level of earnings, conversion rate, traffic, or that any particular referral will convert. Nothing on this site is an income claim.

Our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the commissions actually owed and unpaid to you at the time a claim arises.

15. The rest

This agreement sits alongside the GrowGanic Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, which also apply to you as an account holder. Where this page speaks specifically about the Partner Program, this page governs.

You may not transfer your partner account or its earnings to someone else without our written agreement. If a court finds any clause here unenforceable, the rest still stands.

16. Contact

Program questions, payout details, tax forms and disputes: [email protected] with the subject prefix [Partner].

Read it all? Then you already know more about this program than most people know about the ones they joined.
