What a sale pays
Real numbers, not a percentage you have to do sums on
Commission is calculated on the post-discount, pre-tax amount of every settled payment, which is what GrowGanic actually keeps. Sales tax is excluded because it belongs to a tax authority, not to us. Refunds and chargebacks do not become payable commission.

Figures come straight from live plan pricing. An annual customer prepays twelve months, so all three of their figures match: the whole year settles on day one and repeats on every renewal. Pro, monthly: year one includes the $50 first month, for customers who upgrade within a week of their first article; upgrading later, it is $19.80 on day one and $237.60 in year one. Figures assume a customer billed in US dollars; other currencies earn the same 20% at plan parity, so a full-price month earns exactly the figure shown and a discounted first month can differ by a few cents.

The second income

Your dashboard carries a recruiting link: growganic.io/partners?via=yourcode. Every partner who joins through it becomes your recruit, and you collect a 5% override on their referrals' settled payments, for as long as they stay. It is paid by us on top and never deducted from their share.
You introduce an agency to the program. The agency refers ten customers onto Pro annual.

Partner program, common questions
Anything not answered here is answered in the Partner Program Agreement. If it is not in either, write to hey@growganic.io.
Do I need to apply?
No. Sign in, accept the program agreement, and the dashboard creates your referral and recruiting links immediately. There is no review queue, no minimum audience, and no fee.
Does the commission really never stop?
It never stops while they keep paying. Every settled payment a referred customer makes pays you, in year one and in year five. If they cancel, payments stop and so does the commission, because the share comes out of revenue that actually arrived.
What counts as a referred customer?
Anyone who signs up through your link and later makes a payment that settles. With marketing consent, first-touch attribution lasts 90 days, so someone who clicks today and upgrades in month three is still yours. A visitor who declines marketing storage cannot be tracked for 90 days, which is a legal requirement and means your click count will always exceed your attributed signups. A store that pays through the Shopify App Store is billed by Shopify, not by us, so those payments earn no commission.
When do I get paid, and is there a minimum?
Each payment clears 30 days after that specific charge, then goes out in the next monthly payout by PayPal or bank transfer. There is no minimum. A cleared balance of four dollars is paid as four dollars.
What happens if a customer refunds or disputes a charge?
The commission on that payment reverses, because the revenue reversed. The 30-day hold means almost every reversal lands while the commission is still unpaid, in which case it is simply cancelled. If a chargeback arrives after we already paid you, the amount nets off your next payouts rather than being invoiced back to you.
Is this multi-level marketing?
No, and the structure is checkable. Free to join, exactly two tiers and never more, nobody earns a cent for the act of recruiting, and every payout comes from real subscription revenue. If no customer pays, nobody gets paid.
Can I run paid ads?
Yes, on your own creative to your own pages. What you cannot do is bid on the GrowGanic brand name or close variants, register domains containing it, or place us on coupon and deal sites. The full list is in the agreement, and it is short.
What can a referred visitor try before paying?
They register without a card and get one article for their own site: researched, written, scored, and live on a branded hosted blog. They read the thing before they decide. That is what makes this promotable to an audience that has been burned by AI writing tools.
